Danish Field Gun
Replica of a Danish field gun from 1733. The original can be seen in the Royal Danish Arsenal Museum (Tøjhusmuséet) in Copenhagen. Cannons of this kind were used in several of the wars waged by Denmark throughout the first half of the 18th century. Field guns were relatively small and easy to manoeuvre. They could be moved by hand and were operated by two or three men.
